The Quality Management System
Our objective is to execute all work effectively and efficiently the first time. The Quality Management System regularly evaluates our business and customer needs, and sets quality objectives which will be improved upon year after year. We continually monitor the quality of all products and services while ensuring that safety and environmental protection standards are maintained to the highest standard.
To achieve these aims we have implemented and maintain a Quality Management System certificated to BS EN ISO9001 - 2008, which includes all correct electrical procedures and management measures to ensure continual quality improvements. Quality objectives are set and considered at management review.
This policy is reviewed for suitability on a regular basis and is communicated publicly and to all persons, suppliers and contractors working for and on behalf of Paul Fitzpatrick & Sons Ltd.
